An Inner Dance Experience for your Soul. Just imagine....your Soul going to a dance party :)

This is a Sound & Sensory Healing Journey like no other. I have personally seen, felt + experienced the potency of this energy work.

The sound journey will support you to shift into heightened perceptions, deeper states of awareness + ultimately to awaken the innate power to heal from within.
 
The music soundscape has been carefully curated to correspond to specific brainwaves and Susie will enhance this sensory experience by using sound, smell + hands on energy healing.
 
This profound process will support you to peel away the layers of any conditioned mental limitations. Allow yourself to be a witness to the stories, patterns, beliefs and stuck emotions held within your body + allow the energy of the space to recode you.

What you need to bring with you for this experience:

• yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• shawl or blanket to place over you in the healing
• soft cushion or pillow for your head (you will lie down for the healing)
• eye pillow (optional)
• comfy clothes
• anything you feel called to bring to the ceremony (e.g. crystal, jewellery, something from nature)
• bottle of water
• pen and journal

You may feel like you are going camping with all the above, but I promise it will make for a very comfy + beautiful experience!
