What to bring on the evening:
- A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
- A cushion or pillow
- A blanket or shawl (so you can be nice and cosy during the healing)
- An eye pillow (optional)
- Your journal and pen
- Plenty of water
- An optional offering to place in the altar (this could be a flower, a rock, a crystal, a piece of jewellery, or anything you want to charge up in the energies of the evening and take home with you).
