We officially begin on Sunday 24th March with an Opening Ceremony & the first meditation will land in your inbox on Monday 25th March.

  • 4 weeks of daily meditations landing in your inbox. (week 1 meditations are 5 mins, then week 2 are 10 mins, then week 3 are 15 mins and week 4 you will be SO ready to meditate for 20 mins!)
  • Lifetime access to content
  • Opening and Closing Ceremony (both 60 minutes) via zoom to connect with the community
  • Weekly Live Q&A to ask Susie any of your questions. All Q+A's will take place on Zoom on Thursdays, at 8pm Sydney time.
